Appointments

If you should need to change appointment times, please contact the office a minimum of 24-hours prior to the appointment time and reschedule at another day and time when you are able to keep the appointment.

In consideration of the staff and patients in the practice, there will be a broken appointment fee for each appointment that you miss without giving us notification. This applies to any appointment including but not limited to general, cosmetic or reconstructive treatment.

All appointments are scheduled at a time that is exclusively reserved for you. It is not the intent of this practice to charge for broken appointments. This is done in an effort to discourage broken appointments, as they are expensive interruptions of our practice schedule and they institute a loss of appointments that may be needed by other patients.
